My next adventure is to write a SMART Goal. A SMART goal, as most of my clients could probably tell you is: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.
SMART Goal: To lose the first 10 pounds by April 2, 2025.
- 10 pounds is specific and measurable.
- It’s also attainable (not overly lofty).
- It’s also relevant to the overall aim, which is to lose weight.
- Finally, it is bound by time – it has an end in sight.
